Transformer used to be my favorite cartoon of all time, still my fav tho. I even had a miniature transformer collection and even transformer comics but i lost it somewhere in my old house. I don’t remeber where I put it or perhaps I gave it to my nephews. When I was 6 or 7 yrs old, after school, it’s a must for me to watch the transformer cartoon, sometimes I have to pretend I had a stomach ache just to avoid from goin to religious school. Apa inda, the cartoon starts at 2:00pm on the RTM2 channel. My class started at 1:30pm – 3:30pm, I dont wanna miss watching the transformer cartoon. Heran jua tu my parents, why every Tuesday aku slalu sakit. Rupanya my mom realized aku kan meliat cartoon transformer. Start atu tah I was banned from watching the transformer cartoon. Nowadays I rarely watch the transformers cartoon cos i hardly watch cartoons.
“Transformers” is the absolute of what an awesome comic movie should be. I have waited many years for someone to put out the perfect sci-fi and now Michael Bay (director of the Transformer) made the die-hard Transformers fans wishes come true. I was weary as hell to go see this movie. I had watched the trailer about a thousand times in the you tube and in the astro channel and was convinced the movie would be beyond awesome.I couldnt wait to watch this movie. The premier started last 28th June but I couldn’t come to watch the movie as I was flying off to Kuala Lumpur.
As a movie lover, I have seen close to 3,000 movies and “Transformers” is by far the coolest movie I have ever seen! I’m shocked and amazed that a movie could possibly be THIS entertaining and cool, the single most entertaining and awe-inspiring masterwork of cinema in the history of the world, thats my opinion though. The Earth is caught in the middle of an intergalactic war between two races of robots, the heroic Autobots (Optimus Prime, the leader) and the evil Decepticons (Megatron, the leader), which are able to change into a variety of objects, including cars, trucks, planes and other technological creations. The CGI meshes perfectly with the real-life sets. The script writing was cutting edge with lots of references to today’s hip & cool technologies like eBay, web surfing, etc. Plus, the level of humor in the script is off-the-charts.
I love the scene part when the robots went to Sam Witwicky (Shia LaBeouf) house and Sam asked the robots to wait outside for 5mins so that he can get the cube for them but The Autobots couldnt even wait for 5 mins and went to Sam’s backyard. Sam’s were like “OMG DONT WAKE UP MY PARENTS THEY WILL FREAK” LoL Who the fuck wouldn’t want to tell their parents they have a bunch of giant robots in their backyard? hahahaha.. Oh i love the scene part when the dog peed on the robot foot and the robot said “should i kill it”, infact the robot kicked the dog slowly and the dog rolled over.. lol.The funny part is when sam’s father torching the light outside the house from Sam’s room, the robot hid under the balcony and beside the house. That is one hilarious part, just imagine, huge robots hiding under the balcony and beside the house. Flexible lagi tu eh.. hahaha. But i have to be dissapointed in one of the Autobots character, Bumble bee. It should be a beetle car not the Chevrolet Camaro, doesn’t match like the one in the cartoons nor in the comic book 😦
The next 2 hours and 27 minutes were kind of a blur as I became swept into one of the best movies I think I have ever witnessed in my life, I became so engrossed in the story, the humor, and the CGI that I totally forgot I was at a movie theatre. After the movie ended all I wanted was to see more, I wanted it to continue. I just sat there waited till the movie is really over. I absolutely loved this movie and if you grew up with Transformers then you will love it, if you didn’t then you will still love it. I plan on seeing this movie over and over and over again in the theatres to see if I can re-create the excitement, the thrill, and the imagination that this movie has offered.
